1.Handling a team of Account Executives

3. Ensuring all processes and policies are implemented and followed by team
4. Resolving escalated seller issues
5. Monitoring individual team member performance
6. Coming up with new ideas and suggestions
7. Listening and monitoring the Executive and Seller conversation
8. Analysing and understanding different reports and taking decisions on based of that
9. Motivating and guiding team
10. Leading team from front and setting right examples for them
11. Sharing daily, weekly and monthly performance report with Manager
