Job Responsibilities :
() Responsibilities include employee coaching and development, call auditing and devising
improvement modules for all C.C.E's
() Sample and evaluate contact transactions
() Report results of evaluations to Quality/ Operations
() Monitor and coach the CCE's.
() Facilitate or participate in calibration sessions with Quality/ Operations
() Maintain upto date records and information on all processes and reports
() Analyze/evaluate and prepare action plans
() Proficiency in use of the Quality systems
() Support management focus on review of key drivers, metric and operational processes
that drive KPI results
() Demonstrate commitment to program internal client satisfaction.
Education and experience :
Experience : 1 - 4 years
* Bachelors degree from a three year college or university (BA, BCom.,BSc., etc)
* Minimum of one year of Post Graduation BPO experience in a voice based process for an International
call center
* Familiarity with feed back fundamentals and coaching skills.
* Ability to analyze performance for Agents on the basis of language metrics and quality monitoring
* Good analytical skills to identify the variance in the key result areas for the process
* Ability to provide feedback in the most constructive manner.
Job Location : Noida
Technical Skills :
^ Good knowledge of MS-Word and MS Power point, Excellent knowledge of Excel verbal
and Written skills.
THREE MAJOR CRITERIAS :
+ Speech clarity, voice clarity, excellent linguistic skills (this includes pronunciation, grammar and accent)
+ Reading, comprehension and response skills based on the international language proficiency rating system.
Typing skills:
* A minimum of 20 words per minute.
Behavioural skills :
** Strong customer service skills - empathy, listening, enthusiasm, patience, reasoning and problem
solving skills
** Willing to learn and flexible about changes
** Aptitude and ability to grasp.
** Skills for planning, assigning and directing work.
** Ability to coach, develop action plans which maximize performance and provide

** Ability to analyze and improve work processes.
** The candidate should be willing to work on public holidays/ festivals if scheduled/required.
** A workday has pre-scheduled break timings. The job requires strict adherence to schedules.
Shifts:
() Two shift timings 6 pm to 3 am / 10 am to 7 pm
Working days : Monday to Friday
Week offs : Saturday and Sunday fixed
